The "Crash! Boom! Bam!" Kids Online Percussion Course is a unique way for young drummers to learn how to play percussion instruments in a HANDS-ON setting  from the comfort of your own home in LIVE online sessions with instructor Kelli Rae Tubbs.

Seating is limited to 11 students to ensure each student receives attentive instruction and to allow the thoughtful review of each student's individual performance if they submit video for one-on-one review.

Ten common percussion instruments will be covered during the course.  Each student will receive an info sheet about the origins of each accessory instrument along with practical exercises and fun play-along tracks to perfect their skills. 

There are currently three levels of synchronous learning. each covering 10 different percussion instruments.  The next opening for Level 1 is in December 2024.   Each lesson involves stand-alone instruction, so students can join at any time there is an opening.   Each student must start at Level 1.

No -- you don't have to buy a thing!  For students in the United States, all of the supplies the student needs will be provided, including the percussion accessories you will use and return at the conclusion of camp using a pre-paid shipping label.

The $175 tuition covers 5 hours of online group instruction, special "members only" learning materials like info sheets for each instrument, musical exercises, play-along tracks, instrument rental, and shipping (in both directions).  Students have an opportunity to submit video of their playing for individual feedback, too!

In addition, a $100 deposit is required if using the instrument pack.  After the final session, return the instruments in good condition right away to speed up the return of your deposit.  Adjustments will be made for instruments which are missing or broken.

If you have access to the instruments already, you pay for tuition only.

While you don't have to use the provided instruments, you must have access to the instruments covered in the level you're enrolling in.  If you already own them or are able to borrow all 10 instruments before a predetermined shipping date, a small portion of your paid tuition would be returned to you.  There can be no refunds once the instruments have been shipped.

Things happen!  If a cancellation for a paid registration occurs more than 30 days prior to the first session, a substantial refund will be issued once the instrument pack has been returned.

The student may have an option to attend a future camp if one is scheduled.
